Koeman AGAIN Asks For Gini

FC Barcelona head coach Ronald Koeman has again asked the club’s hierarchy for Liverpool midfielder Gini Wijnaldum.

The pair worked together for the Dutch national team, which saw the rebirth of Gini for club side Liverpool. The 29-year-old has seemingly lost his place in Liverpool’s starting berth to new signing Thiago Alcantara.

Gini will be desperate for game-time this season if he wants to form part of the Netherlands’ 2021 European Championships squad.

We understand that Koeman has again asked the Barca club bosses for the signature of Wijnaldum in the upcoming transfer window. It remains to be seen if Jurgen Klopp would be willing to part ways with the workaholic midfielder in the Winter market.
