PSL Legend Gets Coaching Badges!

ABSA Premiership six-time Champion Daine Klate has successfully completed his UEFA coaching badges through the Irish Football Association. Klate turned out for SuperSport United, Orlando Pirates and Bidvest Wits, is one of the most successful players in the history of the league since its inception in 1996.

The Port-Elizabeth born midfielder retired from professional football a couple of seasons ago at home-town club Chippa United and began his coaching badges. Klate is now a qualified coach after completing his UEFA B Diploma and will be looking to embark on a coaching career in the professional league of South African football.

Matatazela, as Klate is affectionately known in football, is currently back at former club SuperSport continuing his coaching education in the developmental ranks at the club.
