Hunt Submits Wishlist
Posted: 29 September 2020
The Beautiful Game can confirm that new Kaizer Chiefs head coach Gavin Hunt has submitted his wishlist for the upcoming season despite the club being banned from signing new players.
The Phefeni Glamour Boys officially began their preparations for the 2020/2021 season on Sunday at Naturena, with all players undergoing their Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests.
It was all smiles at The Village from the players, who greeted one another, observing the COVID-19 regulations, with Bafana Bafana international Sfiso Hlanti present as well.
We understand that Hunt also submitted a list of players he would like to add for the upcoming campaign, inclusive to the list is Hlanti, Cole Alexander, and 18-year-old Rowan Human to name but a few.
It remains to be seen if Chiefs will be able to bring in new recruits, however, as reported by our Senior Sports Correspondent on the African continent Baba Mali Traore, it looks positive for the club as they await a response from the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
