Pep Confirms Guard of Honour!

Manchester City manager Josep Pep Guardiola has confirmed that his players and staff-alike will form a guard of honour for 2019/2020 English Premier League Champions Liverpool.

The two sides meet at the Etihad Stadium on Thursday night under Manchester lights and Guardiola says their worth the guard of honour, saying;

“Of course we are going to do it.  We are going to do the guard of honour, of course.  Always we receive Liverpool when they come to our house in an incredible way. They cannot complain and, of course, we are going to do it because they deserve it,” concluded Guardiola.

Liverpool have been absolutely brilliant this season and are on course to break more records under their German manager Jurgen Klopp.
