BREAKING: Court Throws Royal AM Case Out Of Court!

After months on end of court actions by GladAfrica Championship side Royal AM FC towards the South African Premier Soccer League, a court order was disclosed today, with many relieved by the judgement.

Today, the South African High Court in Johannesburg has ruled that Royal’s case be thrown out of court and that they should campaign in the first division next term.

The sitting Judge, said, in his final findings;

“Royal AM’s application is without merit and must be dismissed.”

This is a monumental finding in the context of South African football, with the Premier Soccer League set to make an official statement on Thursday, release the commencing date 2021/2022 season and the fixtures.

Royal’s last option, if they wish, is to challenge it on the international stage, which is the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
