The European Transfer Market close shut yesterday and what a sight it was. The Beautiful Game, alongside its partners Sky Sports News highlights all the top deals done in this window;

Mesut Ozil; The German international left Arsenal Football Club after seven years in North London to join Fernabache in the most unprecedented way. Ozil has since signed a three and half year deal in Turkey.

Amad Diallo; The teenage sensation was chased by all major clubs across Europe, but Manchester United won the race for the precocious talent. Diallo arrives from Italian side Atalanta on a long-term deal.

Jesse Lingaard; Once the darling of the glaring lights of Old Trafford, Lingaard fell down the perking order at Manchester United and joins West Ham United on a short-term deal until the end of the season.

Percy Tau; The South African international finally got the taste of English football after signing for Brighton some two and half years ago but could not make his debut due to paperwork. Tau will be desperate to help the club steer clear of the relegation zone.

Mauricio Pochettino; The Argentine arrives at the City of Love after almost two years on the unemployment queue, Pochettino has work on his hands as his mandate is to guide the Parisian club to European glory.

Takumi Minamino; Southampton FC made a late, late enquiry for the Liverpool man, and having seen limited game-time at Anfield, Jurgen Klopp reluctantly agreed to send the playmaker on-loan to St. Mary’s until the end of the season.

Martin Odegaard; Arsenal Football Club had one of the most successful transfer windows in a very long time, cleaning the wage bill by offloading Mesut Ozil, Socratis Papadopoulos, Shokdran Mustafi and being able to bring in gifted Norwegian playmaker Martin Odegaard until the summer from Real Madrid CF.
