English Premier League giants Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United have all joined the queue on signing RB Leipzig star Dayot Upamecano.
The 22-year-old defender is one of the most sought-after talents in Europe and has been linked with a move to the richest football league in the summer.
The club’s Chief Executive Oliver Mintzlaff, told Sky Sports in Germany this morning;
“We have a squad that is very broad in terms of quality. So we will sell top performers again if it makes financial sense and we can cope with it from a sporting point of view,” he concluded.
The youngster’s £40m clause will be activated at the end of the season, the race has begun for the gifted French International.
