Messi Requests Meeting With Barca

Argentina forward Lionel Messi has requested a personal meeting with the Barcelona hierarchy to discuss a solution to his request to leave the club.
Messi wants his lawyers present with the intention of finding a way out of the impasse over his contract clause and a way out of the Nou Camp this summer.
The 33-year-old has been at The Catalan club for almost two decades and is fed up with how the Blaugrana had been managed under Josep Maria Bartomeu, among the irritation the arrival of Ronald Koeman as the new manager.
The Atomic Flea, as Messi is known in Spain, is heavily linked with former manager and close pal Pep Guardiola at The Etihad Stadium.
