Walker Breaks Lockdown Rules…Again!

Manchester City defender Kyle Walker has broken the lock-down rules and regulations for the second time in as many months. The defender says he and his are feeling harassed by the media. While Walker took full responsibility for flouting quarantine rules, he bit back at what he believes is an overzealous press who are intruding on his family life.

In a statement he released, Walker said:

“I feel as though I have stayed silent long enough. In light of the most recent article published about me and my family, I feel as though I have no choice but to address things publicly. I have recently gone through one of the toughest periods of my life, which I take full responsibility for. However, I now feel as though I am being harassed,” he concluded.

The club has decided not to take any action against the England international this time around and will be hoping to see all their players behave for the next couple of weeks as they return to training.
