Sundowns Comments on Mosimane’s Contract!

Reigning ABSA Premiership Champions Mamelodi Sundowns have rebuked what they deem “false” speculation regarding the future of Head Coach Pitso Mosimane and many other issues that involve the club.

The Brazilians are yet to extend the contract of Pitso, who has won the hearts and souls of the clubs’ supporters, winning countless trophies at the club. Mosimane’s contract is due to come to an end on the 30th of June 2020.

Sundowns have now released an official statement, saying, “Mamelodi Sundowns has observed over several months the speculation and the false statements concerning several issues including the contract of Pitso Mosimane. It is the policy of Mamelodi Sundowns not to respond or to comment on speculations or false statements.

In line with the policy and culture of Mamelodi Sundowns announcements on any matter which is important to the Club, including Pitso Mosimane’s contract will be made when the Club deems it appropriate,” concluded the statement.
