Buccus: We’ll Fight Until The End
Posted: 18 March 2022
Australian international and Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Kieryn Baccus has found a new lease of life in the last couple of weeks at the club and hopes to continue helping the club when called upon.
The quiet box-to-box playmaker says he and his team mates have been enjoying training in recent weeks, saying;
“Training has been going good, we’ve been enjoying ourselves now that we’ve been winning games, things have been good, which is good and it’s made things a lot easier.
When asked about his resurrection, he responded;
“Yeah you know at the moment I’m just happy getting minutes underneath my belt. I’m happy to help the boys when need be. I’m here for the team and I’m here to help them as much as possible and I’m grateful for the opportunity I’m getting.
On what they want to achieve, he said;
“We’re fighting, we are going to fight all the way to the end, hopefully we can get there or thereabouts in these last ten (10) games or so and we can’t wait to finish the league strong,” he concluded.
The Phefeni Glamour Boys welcome Lamontville Golden Arrows at the FNB Stadium tomorrow evening, with kickoff pencilled in for 19:H30, live on the World of Champions.
