SuperSport United boasts one of the most young sides in the DSTV Premiership, with their squad on an average of 24.7 years old.

Kaitano Tembo’s team have been stretched in the first half of the season with injuries, suspensions and other medical issues, however, the club’s mentor exclusively tells The Beautiful Game if he would sign any new players, he said;

“Look, we have to try and assess and what we need and if we can see that we can bring players in certain areas.

“Because there is a huge break in January so that will give us an opportunity to do that (look into the transfer market). Sometimes it’s not easy to just go out there and get players, you know.

“You need to try and be a bit more patient and we’ve got faith with what we have at the moment because that’s very key. We try to look after the players that we have and try to get better with what we have,” he concluded.

Matsatsantsa have another massive battle in their hands with their most-prized assets, Sipho Mbule and Teboho Mokoena being linked with moves away from the club in this window.
