City’s Youngster Continues To Impress

Cape Town City’s MultiChoice Diski Challenge team has continued to impress over the last couple weeks with three wins on the trot.

The young Cityzens have beaten Sekhukhune United, Kaizer Chiefs and most recently, Maritzburg United over the weekend in Hammarsdale, Kwa Zulu Natal.

However, City’s best performer of late has been Jaedin Rhodes, who scored a brace against The Team of Choice on Sunday, taking his tally to five goals in this campaign.

Rhodes is a player with vast ability; can run behind defenders, pacey, has a bag full of trickery, good technique on him and a big engine as well.

His coach, Matthew Howard has also praised the youngster and hopes to see him make a couple of appearances for the first team before the season ends.

It is now up to the Senior Head Coach, Eric Tinkler to call up Rhodes to the first team and test him against big boys in the DSTV Premiership.
