Mkhwanazi’s Arrival Delights Ronwen

SuperSport United have made a single signing in this transfer window in the form of former Bidvest Wits defender Buhle Mkhwanazi, leaving club skipper Ronwen Williams singing his praises.

Williams is delighted with the arrival of the centre back and believes Mkhwanazi’s experience will be second to none, saying;

“There is a lot of positives, you know. Uhm…with Buhle coming in, an experienced player you know, that’s what we’ve been lacking in the last season or so, that experience, and that’s what he is going to bring. I mean, he has won it all, to be honest

“I’ve played with Buhle in the national team, he is an awesome person, wonderful player, and his experience is gonna help the young players in the team, especially the centre backs; Luke Fleurs and DD Dihlokwe. They still young and he can guide them in the right way,” concluded Williams.

Matsatsantsa opened their league campaign against Cape Town City FC in Western Cape on Saturday, with the encounter ending in a goal-less draw. The capital club welcome Lamontville Golden Arrows in their second league game this evening, kick-off at 17:H00.
