Zinnbauer Explains Lorch’s Absence

Orlando Pirates Football Club’s MTN 8 campaign came to a disappointing start after being booted out of the competition by neighbours and rivals Swallows FC.

The Beautiful Game asked Head Coach Josef Zinnbauer why the club started slow, and he said to us;

“Sometimes you are in the game and you get better and better. Today, the first half was not good enough, we were not in the game in the first minutes and we have a lot of reasons why that happened.

“We have to analyse this, we have to discuss this very quick and we start preparing the tea for the next match,” he concluded.

When asked about Lorch’s Absence, he said to The Beautiful Game;

“Yeah, with Lorch – he has a problem with his shoulder; he can’t train and can’t play, he with us at the start of the week and but had problems,” he said.

The Sea Robbers will not be able to defend their title and join SuperSport United to be the first teams out of this year’s MTN 8 competition.
