Matsatsantsa To Unveil New Signings
Posted: 22 July 2021
Kaitano Tembo’s SuperSport United will be unveiling new signings for the 2021/2022 season in the next couple of days after a disappointing end to the last campaign.
The Beautiful Game understands that the club’s Head Coach Tembo has prioritised the left-back position after coming short last season and having to use Kudukashe Mahashe as a makeshift wing back.
However, United are also set to lose influencial playmaker Sipho Mbule, who has constantly been linked to cross-town rivals Mamelodi Sundowns FC and African Champions League finalists Kaizer Chiefs FC.
The capital club are also set to part ways with Teboho Mokoena, only to a European club, with the player currently out in Tokyo, Japan, representing South Africa in the Olympic Games.
Khulu Sibiya’s owned-club will be signing at least five new players, with the bulk of those being experienced campaigners to try and help and guide the young United players.
