Arsenal’s Euro Star Pushing For Exit

English Premier League giants Arsenal Football Club have had a decent summer thus far with the arrivals of two new signings Nuno Tavares and Albert Sambi Lokonga.

However, our friends Sky Sports in London and Italy have told us, in the last couple of hours that Switzerland skipper Granit Xhaka wants to leave the Londoners in this window.

Xhaka is on the radar of Roma AFC, who they view as the club’s long-term captain and want to bring him to Rome “as soon as possible”, with new manager Jose Manuel Mourinho “counting on him.”

Roma’s initial bid of £20m has been rejected, with Mikel Arteta’s side seemingly asking for an offer in the region of £30m and add ons to part ways with the talented left-footer. We’ve been led to believe that personal terms between Xhaka and Roma have been agreed since last week.

The Gunners, this morning, have been linked with Liverpool’s Jorden Henderson, Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham, and Leicester’s James Maddison, while Ben White’s deal to arrive at The Emirates is looking the more likely as the hours travel.
