Sky, SK, & The Beautiful Game Reach Agreement
Posted: 15 June 2021
World renowned sports broadcasting corporation, Sky Sports News is delighted to partner with upcoming and promising sportscaster, Selebalo Karabo Phasha and his football website, The Beautiful Game in this summer’s Transfer Window.
Selebalo, who has partnered with the Corporation earlier in the year (02 January 2021 – 02 February 2021), returns based on his phenomenal work, his weekly reports, audios, videos forwarded to us, as well as his desire to improve.
Sky Sports’ Content Director, Mr. Bennett, said of the partnership;
“It is with great pleasure to have Selebalo back with us, he has worked extremely hard to return, and based on his recent reports and work, it was a no-brainer to collaborate with him again. We’ve realised that Selebalo utterly loves Sky, and we genuinely appreciate him here, his work is tremendous to be honest.
“This partnership will commence from the 15th of June until the 31st of August; it is a flat three-month deal and we are expecting an awful lot from him. He has improved massively and we will continue to work on other aspects to try and make the bloke much better.
“We are extremely proud of him; he always wants to learn, asks us questions, wants to improve and his respect has been second to none. We’re also looking forward to having him in our weekly reports on Teams and hear his thoughts, views and ideas.
“This partnership will help his football website and we’ll link him with our producers, presenters, and sources for him to expand his knowledge. But listen, it is a fantastic opportunity for him and we would like to see his growth triple in the next couple of weeks and months,” concluded. Bennett.
Selebalo said of the partnership;
“This is years on end of hard work, dedication, sacrifices, rejections, tears, sweat, late nights, early mornings, and always believing. I’ve worked with Sky Sports before, but to be given a three-month partnership means everything to me, my family and those who aspire to be great.
“This is a legacy I want to leave behind, to show that anything is possible if you believe. I’ve had times where I’ve thought ‘Am I good enough?’ I’ve really struggled to get here and this is the start. I’ve build myself from the ground and the hard work now starts, I’d really like to thank Sky for trusting me with their brand, my family, my mentors and friends for always believing in my gift,” he concluded.
