South African Premier Soccer League giants Kaizer Chiefs welcome a desperate Chippa United side at the majestic and fabulous FNB Stadium this afternoon with both sides looking to pick up maximum points.
The Phefeni Glamour Boys’ defender-cum-winger, Philane Zulu says they’ve got momentum heading into this encounter, breaking it down in certain embodiments, saying;
“Winning the game against Sundowns, the spirit is very high, and as players, want to continue with the form. We don’t want to be winning and not winning in the following match, as much as it won’t be easy against Chippa because their fighting for their lives, we also in the same space.
“So, we taking all the positives from the previous games, and the most recent and important one against Sundowns going forward. We just need to work a little more harder to make sure that we on the front foot from the word go.
“All we have to do now is to rectify our errors, correct our mistakes and work more on the positives and what could help us in winning all the games that are remaining. That is what we need, to focus on our strengths since there aren’t much games left but we need to win all the games remaining,” concluded Zulu.
Three points for the green and gold will ensure that they remain in the top division after their turbulent campaign, while The Chilli Boys will be looking to avoid defeat at all costs.
The kickoff for this much-anticipated encounter is at 15H00 this afternoon on the pay-television bouquet.
