Hunt: We’re A Team

Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs played to a 2-all draw last night at home against Dylan Kerr’s Black Leopards at the FNB Stadium, a point that will come as gold considering that Chiefs almost walked away empty handed.

The Phefeni Glamour Boys’ head coach Gavin Hunt refused to separate the young and experienced players at the club last night when The Beautiful Game asked him about the younger players showing more guile than the experienced players, with Hunt saying;

“I’m not gonna seperate the young and old, their all players. Blom was man of the match; fantastic, great performance, and may long it continue. We are all in this together; young and old…JA, that is part of the game and we need everybody, we certainly going to need everybody.

“And obviously with our situation (transfer ban) we cannot make any changes so we will keep working,” concluded a visibly disappointed Hunt.

Chiefs next face Kaitano Tembo’s SuperSport United who have been blowing hot and cold in the last couple of weeks, with the match set to take place at the World Cup venue on the 15th of December, kickoff pencilled in for 19:H30.
