Maduka On Siwelele’s Team Spirit

Bloemfontein Celtic have been skating in the last couple of months; playing beautiful football, scoring goals, fantastic team spirit, and gliding past opponents.
The Beautiful Game asked the club’s head coach John Maduka as to how he built the team spirit at Siwelele Park, he explained;
“Yes you are right big brother, we make sure that we are a team, we make sure that we are united. We are a family, and when you become a family you become so strong, so we have tried to bring them along, and we have made sure that whoever plays, they support one another.
“If I win, it means Coach Simon has won, Coach Wire has won, Celtics has won, so we have tried to make sure the importance of them being team members and family in the field.
“And we have told them that whenever they see one crying, they must feel the pain of him crying, when we are smiling, everyone must also smile. That is working for us and hope that nothing disturbs us going forward,” concluded Maduka.
Celtics have one foot in the next round of the CAF Confederations Cup after a convincing 2-0 victory in DRC this past weekend, while they have a date with Orlando Pirates Football Club on the 12th of December in the MTN 8 Final that is set to be hosted at the tongue-wagging Moses Mabhida Stadium.
