DSTV Premiership side Bloemfontein Celtics are set to fly out of the country later tonight to Kinshasa, the Democratic Republic of Congo to face Association Sportive Maniema Union in the CAF Confederations Cup this weekend.

Phunya Sele Sele will face Black Leopards in a league encounter at the Dr. Petrus Molemela Stadium tonight, with kickoff scheduled for 19:H30, live on pay-television before quickly jetting out.

John Maduka’s team are expected to arrive in Kinshasa tomorrow morning, where their due to have a light training session in the evening before fully switching their attentions to their opponents on Friday.

Celtics and Maduka will be playing in the African competition for the first time in their history and will be looking to start off on a positive note before hosting their nemesis a fortnight on Sunday.

It is going to be challenge for the club to compete on all fronts this season and will test their resolve and gage their strength in depth in this campaign.
