Myeni’s Future Plans
Posted: 12 November 2020
Former Orlando Pirates Football Club’s midfielder Sifiso Myeni has exclusively spoken to The Beautiful Game in regards to his future.
Myeni, who was last in the books TS Galaxy earlier this year, said;
“I have always emphasized that I wanna go into coaching, managing a team as well…those are the things that made me own a team. Even when I was playing, I was owning a team and coaching them; if we were training once in the morning at Pirates, I’d go train my team in the afternoons.
“It’s good that I have the woman I have because she has supported me, I’m always at the training grounds for those boys there but she always remained supportive.
When asked about who sponsors his local team, the shy winger said;
“And I don’t have sponsors, I use my hard-earned cash, meaning I work for the team, I work for those boys. They also get opportunities to play for other teams, which I’m proud of,” concluded Myeni.
The talented playmaker has also opened up to The Beautiful Game that he has not retired from professional football yet and is looking for a team in the DSTV Premiership or the GladAfrica Championship.
