Debutant Delighted With Call-Up

Bafana Bafana head coach Molefi Ntseki has handed a national team call-up to AmaZulu midfielder Siyamthemba Sithebe for the upcoming friendly matches.
The 27-year-old couldn’t hide his happiness when asked for comment upon receiving his first-ever Bafana call-up, saying;
“Yeah, it was a feeling of happiness, as I’m speaking to you now I’m very happy. I don’t want to lie, I’ve been waiting for a very long time for this call-up, I’m really happy.
When pressed as to what he is bringing to the national team, he said;
“I’m going to help the nation. There is a lot I’m bringing to the national team, but I’ll continue being myself. I want to help the national team qualify for all the upcoming tournaments,” he concluded.
The Durban-born grinder is confident he will bring his club form to the national team, with the first assignment against Namibia at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium, kickoff has been scheduled for 19:H00.
