The Beautiful Game can confirm that talks between Kaizer Chiefs and Gavin Hunt have STALLED over the last couple of days.

We exclusively confirmed forty eight hours ago that the Phefeni Glamour Boys have already sacked head coach Ernst Middendorp, and talks opened with their desired coach over the weekend.

We’ve been reliably informed by our sources close to the coach that the two parties are far apart in ideas, recruitment of playing personnel and the package of the coach.

However, talks will continue over the next couple of days and those are very crucial days if there is an agreement to be reached.

We understand that both parties want an agreement reached before the players return for pre-season. The Beautiful Game is closely following the developments and will keep you updated.
