Pitso Delights In Mkhuma’s Progress

Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Pitso Mosimane is delighted with the progress made by yet another academy product Promise Mkhuma. The youngster was promoted to the first team of the club in January this year, and his debut was delayed by the Corona Virus. However, since the restart, the 20-year-old has made two appearances, with Pitso happy with the youngster, saying;
“Ja, what we need to do Karabo is to manage him and to give him time to come into the team. But you can ask me ‘How can we throw him in the deep end?’ Because he can play, I mean putting him ahead of the whole bench, you can see that he really repaid us.
“We took him from our MDC (Reserve Team), we promoted him in December, so the boy is good, the future is bright, he will get there. That is how Percy and Keletso came up, and Promise is coming up very good. We are happy with him, one step at a time akere Karabo,” concluded Jingles.
The youngster put in a good shift against Maritzburg United a couple of days ago, and looks like he will be a regular feature until the end of the season.
