Big Night For Mokotjo…At Wembley!
Posted: 4 August 2020
Bafana Bafana international Kamohelo Mokotjo will possibly be playing in a game of his life later tonight at the majestic Wembley Stadium in London. The 29-year-old will be walking onto the Wembley turf with pride for his club Brentford as they face Fulham for a place in the English Premier League next season.
The Bees, as the club is affectionately known, finished 3rd in the Championship with 91 points, the same number of points as their rivals Fulham, albeit a better goal difference. Mokotjo has been somewhat of a mainstay in that Brentford midfield, playing more than thirty games for the club this season.
Brentford play a very high-end tempo game; pressing high up the field of play, with the ability of keeping position of the ball in crucial moments, with Mokotjo central to that in the engine room. This match is not only about talent but heart, emotion and hard work in every area of the pitch.
The Beautiful Game wishes Kamohelo Mokotjo all the very best in this absolute peach of a game!
