Madisha Heeds Call on Youth Day!
Posted: 17 June 2020

Mamelodi Sundowns defender Motjeka Madisha heeded the call of people needing support in his home province of Limpopo on Youth Day. The 25-year-old has grown in leaps and bounds this season with more than twenty appearances in all competitions for the Brazilians, helping the club to just within four points of leaders Kaizer Chiefs with a game in hand.

Madisha, who hails from the North, decided to help those in need in these difficult and unprecedented times when he and his team mate, Sphelele Mkhulise, handed out food parcels and sanitary pads in hot conditions in Limpopo. The soft-spoken Centre-Back has impressed other mainstream footballers with his deeds, with Tiyane Mabunda saying he is proud of him.

South African footballers have been assisting the less fortunate communities since the pandemic started, and The Beautiful Game salutes all the good deeds.
