SuperSport United assistant coach Thabo September has been impressed by one of the academy graduates and thinks he can be even a better player. September, who played for the club for more than decade, has lauded the talents of 22-year-old Sipho Mbule, saying;
“Ja, we do have one-on-one moments and he is definitely a talented player. He has put in a lot in terms of his routine of training and discipline is not a problem, it’s a question of him being able to keep his consistency at a high level.
“In terms of his talent, it’s all there and it can be seen by everyone, it’s just the work ethic that we have been pushing. Off the field, there are no issues with Sipho, we mostly talk about how great he can be, he is a world-class player and he knows that,” concluded September.
Mbule is one of the brightest stars to come out of the famous SuperSport United Academy, following in the footsteps of Kamohelo Mokotjo, Masibusane Zongo, Kermit Erasmus to name but a few, and will be hoping to stamp his authority in the team post the COVID-19.
